CISF 57th Raising Day Celebrations – CISF Unit, RSTPS Ramagundam | 10 March 2026
The 57th Raising Day of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) was celebrated with great enthusiasm and grandeur on 10.03.2026 at the CISF Unit, RSTPS Ramagundam.
On this occasion, CISF personnel of the RSTPS Ramagundam unit conducted a traditional ceremonial parade at the parade ground. NTPC (R & T) Executive Director Mr. Chandan Kumar Samanta attended the event as the Chief Guest.
The Chief Guest was warmly welcomed by Mr. Chanchal Sarkar, Commandant, along with Mr. S. A. Raju, Deputy Commandant, and Mr. O. V. K. S. Sastri, Deputy Commandant.
The parade ground was beautifully decorated for the occasion. CISF personnel enthusiastically participated in the ceremonial parade, showcasing discipline, coordination, and professionalism. Later, the CISF team demonstrated their operational readiness and tactical skills through a Room Intervention demonstration.
During the event, the Chief Guest Mr. Chandan Kumar Samanta presented awards to the Best Parade Commander and the Best Platoon, appreciating their outstanding performance.
The event was attended by senior officials of NTPC management, CISF officers, personnel, and CISF family members, making the celebration successful. They appreciated the dedicated services rendered by CISF in safeguarding the nation’s critical industrial establishments.
The celebrations reflected CISF’s commitment, courage, and professionalism in protecting vital national assets and institutions across the country.
