Poonch Police Arrest Two Persons with Narcotic Substance in Mandi Loran Area

Continuing its drive against the menace of drugs, Police Station Loran today apprehended two individuals and recovered charas-like substance from their possession.
During a naka established at Lohelbela, Loran, the police party intercepted two suspicious persons identified as:
1. Shakeel Ahmed S/o Mohd Shafi
2. Fayaz Ahmed S/o Abdul Salam — both residents of Lohelbela, Loran, Tehsil Mandi.
During their personal search, charas-like substance weighing approximately 54 grams was recovered from their possession. Accordingly, a case FIR No. 21/2025 under Sections 8/20 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Loran, and investigation has been initiated.
