South Central Railway is introducing a next-generation Application-Based Parcel Logistics Service, integrating First Mile pickup, Mid Mile rail transport, and Last Mile delivery into one seamless digital platform. This initiative aims to provide door-to-door parcel booking and delivery for passengers and businesses who prefer to transport their consignments through trains.

Initially launched on a pilot basis in the Hyderabad Division, the new system allows customers to book, track, and manage their parcels effortlessly. To support this service, SCR is inviting logistics partners and fleet service providers to collaborate for First Mile and Last Mile operations. Interested agencies may contact the Commercial Wing, Hyderabad Division, for discussions and registration.

The proposed digital platform will act as a one-stop solution, enabling citizens to send parcels to any corner of the country from the comfort of their homes.
