Anchor: Under the guidance of Hon'ble Principal District & Sessions Judge cum Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Bokaro, Shri Anil Kumar Mishra, a legal awareness program was organized today, dated 09.11.2025, at Kasturba Girls' School, Chas, on the occasion of National Legal Services Day.

The program was attended by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro, Shri Manoranjan Kumar No. 1; Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Bokaro, Shri Anuj Kumar No. 2; Warden-cum-Teacher Lakshmi Rani Mahato; LADCS spokesperson Shri Brijesh; Teacher Chhaya; Para Legal Volunteers Yadu Mahato, Ratilal Kumbhkar, Asit Banerjee, Israel Ansari, Suchitra Kumari, and others.

The Chief Judicial Magistrate provided detailed information to the girls of Kasturba School on legal services, fundamental rights and duties, witch-hunting practices, children as the future of the nation, and related topics.

Additionally, today, the Mandal Kara Chas was inspected by Chief Judicial Magistrate Shri Manoranjan Kumar No. 1 and Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Bokaro, Shri Anuj Kumar No. 2. All separate wards, including the women’s ward, were inspected. The facilities and all operations at the Mandal Kara were found to be functioning smoothly. During the inspection, Mandal Kara Superintendent Shri Arunabh, Jailer Shri Nikhil Kant, and others were present.
